The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a Title IX Hearing and Administrative Coordinator to be responsible for coordinating and assisting with the hearing processes related to Title IX complaints of sexual misconduct and sexual harassment conducted systemwide on the 23 CSU campuses. The Title IX Hearing and Administrative Coordinator assists in ensuring and promoting a fair, impartial, and respectful environment for all parties involved in the hearing process. The incumbent will work closely with the Systemwide Senior Director, campus Title IX Coordinators, parties, Hearing Officers, and hearing advisors on hearing-related activities including scheduling, logistics, and coordination of participants. Ensures the provision of accommodation (e.g., disability, language) and liaises with key stakeholders to ensure availability and participation. This position is also responsible to provide general administrative support to the Civil Rights office. This includes providing general office support, coordination of events, collection and organization of data, assistance with the preparation of reports and presentations, and payment of invoices from outside counsel and other external vendors. |
