Under the general direction of the Director of Planning, Design, and Construction, the Project Lead is responsible for managing design and construction activities for minor and major capital outlay projects. Typical projects include new construction, renovation, capital renewal, deferred maintenance, and campus user requested projects. Examples of projects may include but are not limited to: new building, interior/exterior renovation, mechanical, electrical and plumbing system retrofit/replacement, utilities infrastructure upgrades, and interior finish upgrades/replacement. |
