The Department of Biology at California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB) is seeking part-time Instructional Student Assistant (ISA) applications from qualified individuals for our San Bernardino Campus (SBC) and/or our Palm Desert Campus (PDC). The ISA positions may involve various duties including assisting Biology staff, faculty, and students; assisting Instructional Support Technicians in preparation for laboratory or other course needs as appropriate; and assisting faculty and course instructors in tasks such as grading, tutoring, and assessment. Candidates should have a commitment to teamwork and should work closely with the staff/faculty/instructors to which they are assigned. This is a pool of students for the department to consider for ISAs, and all appointments are temporary. Decisions on assignment of ISAs are made on a rolling basis, normally between several months before and up to the beginning of the academic term.
