This role oversees the daily execution of building trades maintenance services, fleet operations, and central warehouse inventory control. The incumbent provides direct supervision to assigned trades and support staff, ensuring the efficient delivery of preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, fleet compliance, materials management, and in-house construction services in alignment with departmental standards.
Direct reports include unionized staff such as Facilities Workers, Facilities Maintenance Mechanics, a Mason, a Metal Worker, and Central Warehouse personnel.
