| The Divisional Budget and Operations Analyst for Administrative Affairs serves as the primary contact for managing the Vice President's Office budget and overseeing division-wide fiscal operations. Reporting to the Vice President for Administration and Finance and the Chief of Staff, this role provides strategic leadership in budget administration, financial analysis, and position management. Key responsibilities include developing and managing annual budgets, conducting financial forecasting and reporting using tools such as PeopleSoft Finance, Tableau, and Questica, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies. The position also oversees all aspects of position budget management, including salary projections, staffing analysis, and position control. Additionally, the analyst supports division operations by contributing to policy updates, preparing audit materials, and serving on committees. This role requires a high level of financial expertise, strategic planning, and collaboration to ensure the efficient allocation of resources and alignment with division objectives. |

Academic Support Specialist

| The purpose of the Academic Suppor Specialist is to coordinate with faculty to administer make-up exams for students who have missed exams due to serious and compelling reasons. This position is critical to the university being that it is the only test proctoring position on campus supporting all students. There are no other departments that can provide this essential proctoring service. Additionally, this position collaborates with departments to support students in completing class placement assessments, such as the ALEKS Calculus Assessment, as well as other evaluations that contribute to student success.
