| The College of Letters, Arts, and Social Sciences seeks a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative Associate Dean for Personnel and Academic Resources (ADPAR) to work collaboratively with the Dean, Associate Dean for Academic Programs and Student Success, budget analysts, contracts analysts and department chairs to develop and implement strategies that support faculty, staff, and student success across 12 departments, 18 programs, 350 faculty (tenure-line and lecturer), 40 staff and over 4600 majors. CLASS is the host of the CSU Summer Arts program and the ADPAR provides leadership for developing evidence-based strategies to pursue College-wide priorities outlined in the CLASS 2025-2030 Strategic Plan: Connect, Elevate, Educate. |
