The Department of Art, Media, and Design at California State University San Marcos seeks a part-time lecturer for Spring 2025 to teach AMD 414: Design and Invention. The course meets on Fridays from 10:30a.m. to 1:20 p.m. and encompasses both lecture and lab. This course explores methods of creative development for invention and moves from concept to visual design to creation. The focus is on harnessing the imagination as a tool for invention, with design as the conduit for the development and articulation of new concepts.
